Beginning Taste-great flavor, strong flavor of spices- cinnamon, nutmeg. sutle flavor of honey ties it together, not quite enought follow through, a bit of vanilla, nice after flavor. 8/10
End Taste-flavor of spices is slightly diminished, the flavor of honey is much stronger, much less flavor, more watered down tasting. 7/10
Sweetness-nice amount, its there, but it dosn't drown out other flavors like it does in most drinks flavored with honey. 6.5/10
Foam-medium amount, light brown in color
Body-a bit on the thick side, no bite - small bite
Color-very dark brown-black with a reddish tint
Aroma-sweet sassafras and spices
Extra Notes- very filling
